Zdenek Pohlreich, Imperial Executive Chef and co-owner, has extensive experience from the leading hotels and restaurants in Europe, North America and Australia.

This Czech culinary guru is continuously working on changing the dining habits. His TV show “Ano šéfe!” attacks bad restaurant practices leads by example.
